Mon Kyung Soo was Born in Korea, is the head of chef at Mikuni Restaurant. His passion on Japanese cuisine has grown since his young. While at culinary school, he read an article about Japanese master sushi chefs and admired the high regard for fresh ingredients as well as the unparalleled amount of care that each creation demanded.
He was the former Chef de Cuisine of the Japanese “Fazaris” Restaurant at The Address Hotel in downtown Burj Dubai and also the former Head Sushi Chef of Ariake Japanese Restaurant at The Shilla Hotel Dubai.
